No — TRENDY EG is online only. We don't have a physical store, and we deliver all over Egypt.
How long does delivery take?
- Orders are handed to the shipping company on the next business day.
- Cairo & Giza: within 48 working hours.
- Other governorates: 2–7 working days. Some villages and remote areas may take a little longer.
- The courier will call you before delivery.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery or InstaPay.
Can I try my order before paying?
- Yes — open your order with the courier and try clothes and shoes on before he leaves.
- Underwear and swimwear can't be opened or tried on, for hygiene reasons.
- Beauty products: check the items and quantity only, without opening the product.
Returns & exchanges
- Check your whole order before the courier leaves.
- Hand back any item you don't want, and its price is deducted from the total.
- If you refuse the entire order, you only pay the delivery fee.
- Once the courier leaves, returns and exchanges can't be accepted.
Fair use policy
- Please receive at least 60% of the items in your order.
- Customers who repeatedly order many items and keep only one may not have future orders confirmed or shipped.
How do I choose the right size?
- Measure yourself with a tape measure in cm — sizes vary from item to item.
- Your size in one product doesn't guarantee the same size in another.
- Always check the size chart on each product page; model size info is shown when available.
Will the color match the photos?
Colors may differ slightly because of lighting and photography.
