Shipping policy

Trendy EG is an online store only — there is no shop to visit. We bring your order to your door, anywhere in Egypt.

How long delivery takes

Area Delivery time
Cairo and Giza Within 48 hours (2 working days)
All other governorates 2 to 7 working days, depending on the city and the courier

Shipping fee

The fee depends on your governorate. You will see the exact amount on the checkout page before you confirm the order.

Confirming your order

Before we ship, our team may call you or message you on WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram to confirm the order. If we can't reach you, the order may be cancelled.

Paying

Pay cash to the courier on delivery, or pay by InstaPay. For some governorates we ask you to send the shipping fee by InstaPay before we ship — we'll tell you when we confirm the order.

Check your order before you pay

You can open the parcel and look at every item in front of the courier before paying. Whether you can try it on depends on the item:

Please keep the tags on and the items clean while you check them.

If you don't want the order

Hand back any item you don't want to the courier and its price comes off your total. If you refuse the whole order, you pay the shipping fee only — it covers the courier's trip.

When we may cancel an order

We may cancel if we can't reach you, if an item sells out, or if a price was clearly shown by mistake. Anything you paid in advance is sent back to you.
